Ingredients

  • 250 g strawberries, washed and mashed
  • 6 sheets gelatin or 9 g gelatin powder
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 lemon (s), grated zest (approx. /2 teaspoon) and the juice from it
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatine according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Mix the strawberry puree, buttermilk, sugar, lemon juice and zest.
  3. Dissolve gelatine in a hot water bath or in the microwave. Stir a quarter of the buttermilk mixture into the hot gelatin and then mix with the entire buttermilk mixture. Fill into portion bowls brushed with a little oil and put in the fridge.
  4. After turning, garnish with fresh strawberries as desired.
