Ingredients

Instructions

  1. For the biscuit crumbs, mix the crushed shortbreads with sugar and butter. Press the bottom of a baking pan lined with baking paper (it is not important that the bottom of the baking pan is completely covered) and bake at 175 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
  2. For the ice cream, heat the cream, milk and sugar for about 5 minutes. When the mixture is almost boiling, reduce the heat. Stir 2 tablespoons of this mixture into the egg yolks; then stir the egg mixture into the cream mixture. Simmer over low heat until the mixture thickens; Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
