Ingredients

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 40 g powdered suar
  • 1 lemon (s), (juice)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 5 cl orange liqueur
  • 4 sheets gelatin
  • Vanilla sugar, to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water.
  2. Cut the cleaned strawberries into small pieces, puree them together with the sugar, vanilla sugar to taste and lemon juice. Then mix in the liquid cream.
  3. Dissolve the well-squeezed gelatine in the warm orange liqueur, stir in some strawberry-cream mixture, then stir the gelatine mixture into the strawberry-cream mixture.
  4. Divide between 4 serving bowls or glasses.
  5. Let it set in the refrigerator for several hours.
  6. Serve upside down if you like by placing the molds briefly in hot water.
