Ingredients

  • 900 g strawberries, weihed cleaned
  • 100 ml syrup, (elderflower syrup)
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Clean the strawberries and put them in a saucepan with the syrup. Add the preserving sugar and stir well. Let stand for at least 1 hour.
  2. Then bring everything to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. After the gelling test, pour it into the prepared jars while still hot and close them immediately.
