Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), green
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1 roll, from the day before
  • 1 clove garlic, young
  • 100 ml olive oil, best fruity
  • 100 ml wine, dry Pinot Noir or brachetto
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, good
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt
  • Pepper, whiter
  • 5 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and dice the vegetables and strawberries.
  2. Rub the crust off the bread roll, dice the crumb. Puree with wine, oil and vinegar, add a little more water if necessary, season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  3. Chill well, divide into small serving bowls, sprinkle with finely chopped mint leaves, drizzle with a little olive oil if necessary. Serve!
