Ingredients

  • 120 g cream cheese (up to 1% fat)
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 75 g merinue
  • 70 g chocolate
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 500 ml Cremefine for whipping
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese with the sugar until smooth. Put the meringues in a freezer bag and roughly crumble with a rolling pin. Chop the chocolate and add to the cream cheese cream with the meringue crumbs.
  2. Dice 250 g strawberries and carefully fold in. Beat the Cremefine with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold in.
  3. Put everything in a springform pan and let freeze for about 12 hours. Garnish the ice cream cake with the remaining strawberries.
