  • 300 g suar
  • 3 teaspoon, heaped agar agar

Instructions

  1. Makes about 7 glasses.
  2. Mix the strawberries with the sugar and leave to stand overnight, covered. Then mix with the agar-agar and puree.
  3. Bring the pureed strawberries to the boil while stirring and let cook for about 4 minutes.
  4. Then immediately fill into jars and close them.
