  • 250 g strawberries, cut into pieces
  • 80 g preservin suar, 3: 1
  • 100 g strawberries, diced
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon mustard, Dijon

Instructions

  1. Preparation:
  2. Reduce the diced strawberries with the balsamic vinegar until they are syrupy.
  3. Cut the remaining strawberries into pieces and cook with the preserving sugar to make jam.
  4. Then add the mustard and balsamic strawberries and bring to the boil again.
  5. Fill hot and close tightly.
  6. Goes very well with spicy semi-hard and hard cheese (mountain cheese).
