- 375 g strawberries, ripe
- 2 lime (s), untreated
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 bottles white wine, dry, cold, 0.7 liters each
- 1 bottle sparkling wine, ice-cold

- Shower the strawberries with cold water and clean. Halve large fruits. Also wash the limes thoroughly under cold water and rub dry well. Cut into wafer-thin slices with a sharp knife.
- Put the strawberries and limes in a punch bowl and sprinkle the sugar over them. Mix everything well. Then pour in 1 bottle of well-chilled white wine. Close the punch bowl tightly with cling film and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Pour in the rest of the cold wine. Stir briefly and pour on the ice-cold sparkling wine before serving.
