Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries, small fresh ones
- 700 ml cognac or brandy
- 250 g rock candy, white

- Halve fresh, small strawberries and then fill a bulbous bottle with the rock sugar (coarse granulated sugar is also possible). Pour cognac over it until the bottle is 98% full, then place the bottle in a cool, dark place (not in the refrigerator!) For about 3 weeks and then taste.
