Ingredients

  • 2 scoops buffalo mozzarella
  • 500 g strawberries, fresh
  • some black pepper from the mill
  • Crema di Balsamico
  • 1 handful pistachios, unsalted
  • some stalks mint
  • some stalks basil

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and cut about 3/4 of them into approx. 5 mm thick slices. Drain the mozzarella, cut in half and also cut into slices. Chop the pistachios into small pieces. Wash the mint and / or basil, pat dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks.
  2. Arrange the strawberries and mozzarella on a serving platter as desired. Drape the whole strawberries in between.
  3. Spread the balsamic cream over the mozzarella and strawberries. Sprinkle with a little black pepper from the mill. Spread the chopped pistachios decoratively next to or on the dish and decorate with mint and / or basil.
