Ingredients

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 small banana (s)
  • 100 g silken tofu
  • 4 g vanilla extract
  • 10 g almond (s)
  • 25 g oatmeal
  • 15 g chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Finely puree 200 g strawberries, the banana, the silken tofu, the vanilla extract and the almonds in a blender or hand blender.
  2. Put the oat flakes and chia seeds in a container, add the smoothie mix and stir in. Soak in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  3. Before serving, cut the remaining strawberries into slices and place on top of the overnight oats as a topping.
  4. Tip: You can also use yogurt or soy yogurt instead of silken tofu.
