Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries
- 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 dash white wine
- 100 g cream or yourt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- Wash and clean the strawberries. Mix with the powdered sugar and white wine and puree with a hand blender. Strain the puree through a sieve and pour it into a freezer bag. Seal tightly and lay flat in the freezer. Let freeze for about 1 to 2 hours.
- Before serving, mix the cream with the vanilla sugar and whip until creamy.
- For the slim variant, instead of the cream, distribute the yoghurt in bowls.
- Beat the frozen strawberry puree with a pan or something similar to crushed ice. Spread the crushed ice on the cream or yoghurt and garnish with a fresh strawberry!
- Any fruit can be used for this dessert (e.g. mango, peach, melons, raspberries)
