Strawberry Salad

The berry season is beginning, and I want to offer you an interesting salad with strawberries.

Servings: 4
Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries – 1.5-2 cups
- Fresh leaves of any salad – 1 bunch (about 100-120 g)
For the sauce:
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoon.
- Milk – 2 tablespoon.
- Poppy – 1 tablespoon.
- Wine vinegar – 1 tablespoon.
Besides:
- Feta cheese (feta cheese, mozzarella, etc.) – 100 g
- Peanuts (roasted) – 1 handful
Directions
- First, make the sauce: add sugar, poppy seeds, vinegar to the milk.
- We put mayonnaise.
- Stir everything well.
- You need to prepare peanuts – either fry raw in a pan for 5-10 minutes or buy ready-made, which is much easier.
- Rinse lettuce leaves, tear by hand, put on a dish or in a glass salad bowl.
The strawberries need to be washed, dried, cut into small slices, and put on top of the herbs.
- You can add cheese whatever you like – not very salty feta cheese, mozzarella.
- Sprinkle nuts on the salad with strawberries, mix slightly with two forks.
It remains to pour the salad with strawberry sauce.
