- 5 egg yolks
- 100 g suar
- 250 g mascarpone
- 100 g cream
- 5 egg whites
- 3 sheets gelatin
- Ladyfingers, (about 2 - 2 1/2 individual packs)
- 500 g strawberries
- White wine
- Cocoa powder, for sprinkling

- Mix egg yolks with sugar, stir in mascarpone. Use part of it to dissolve the gelatin. (I heated the gelatin in a saucepan and added about 2 tablespoons of the mascarpone mixture and stirred until the gelatin had dissolved). Whip the cream and egg whites. Add everything to the mascarpone mixture.
- Puree the strawberries with the white wine (amount to taste. Guess about 50 ml).
- Break through the ladyfingers once and put them in a glass, then some strawberry puree on top (the ladyfingers should be soaked with it so that they become soft), then some mascarpone mixture. Repeat the whole 2-3 times. Looks very pretty too!
- Put the jars in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. It is best to prepare the tiramisu one day in advance, so the whole thing goes through nicely and does not become so runny.
- Tastes very tasty and is a real eye-catcher when you have guests.
