Ingredients
- 300 g strawberries
- 300 g yourt
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar

- Mix the vanilla sugar, 1 tablespoon sugar and yoghurt together.
- Clean and wash the strawberries and cut into the desired pieces, except for a few fruits to decorate. Mix well with the rest of the sugar.
- Pour yoghurt and strawberries in layers into two glasses. Decorate with the strawberries and possibly lemon balm.
