Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 750 g quark
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 2 packs custard powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 2 lemon (s), untreated, remove the zest it
  • 80 ml milk
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath. Mix the quark, mascarpone, sugar, eggs, lemon zest and custard powder. Remove approx. 500 g of the quark mass and add the melted chocolate with the milk to the 500 g and stir.
  2. Grease a round baking pan (springform pan). Now use a large spoon to spread some white curd mass on the edge of the mold in a circle. Then the next round of the brown mass - continue doing this until all of the mass is used up.
  3. Bake at approx. 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 50 minutes. Let cool in the tin and dust with icing sugar to serve.
