Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados, remove the stone. Remove some pulp with a teaspoon. Since this is no longer required, it can be used for other purposes. Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into cubes and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix the balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a cup, then add the salad herbs. Add the marinade to the mozzarella and tomato cubes and mix well.
  3. Finally fill the cavities of the avocados with the mixture and decorate with a basil leaf.
  4. Tip for the marinade: some like it more sour, some not. Simply vary the amount of balsamic vinegar and olive oil accordingly.
  5. The quantities are ideal for a starter. You should plan a whole avocado for each person as a side dish.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
