Remove the leaves from the cauliflower, wash and cook in a saucepan with water and 1 tablespoon of salt for about 5 minutes. Remove the cauliflower and drain on a board.
Mix the seasoned minced meat with the previously soaked slice of toast, the tomato ketchup and 1 egg yolk. Then carefully distribute the minced meat between the cauliflower florets. Beat the remaining egg white with the second egg and brush the cauliflower with it. Then apply the breadcrumbs as a breading around the cauliflower.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. After about 20 minutes, top the cauliflower with the butter flakes so that the breadcrumbs form a nice, crispy shell.
You can also serve potatoes with hollandaise sauce.
