  • 2 chicory
  • Lemons)
  • 1 can salmon, or fresh, steamed
  • 125 ml mayonnaise or whipped cream
  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled, chopped
  • Tomatoes)
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • chives
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicory leaves in lemon water and pat dry.
  2. For the filling, drain the salmon well and remove any bones. Mix with mayonnaise, hard-boiled egg and finely chopped capers and season if necessary.
  3. Put some filling in each leaf. Garnish with tomatoes, chives and parsley.
