Ingredients- 8 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 2 pickles, very finely chopped
- salt

- Halve the eggs lengthways. Mix the egg yolks with the mayonnaise, mustard, parsley and the cucumber pieces, season with salt. Inject the egg yolk mixture into the egg halves to make it look nice.
