Ingredients

  • 4 small pumpkins (sweet dumpling, mandarin, patisson)
  • 250 g mozzarella, diced
  • 150 g shrimp, alternatively cooked ham, diced
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • pepper
  • salt
  • dill

Instructions

  1. Cut off the lid of the pumpkins. Remove cores and fibers. Remove and chop the pulp and mix in a bowl with the mozzarella, shrimp, creme fraiche and spices. Pour the mixture into the hollowed out pumpkins and place in a baking dish. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 50 minutes.
  2. It goes well with fresh white bread and a dry Pinot Gris.
