  • 10 pointed peppers, red
  • 400 g sheep cheese
  • 6 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Remove the stem of the peppers and core the peppers. Crumble the sheep cheese in a bowl and mix well with the remaining ingredients until a smooth cream is formed.
  2. Then pour this into the peppers with a teaspoon and wrap the filled peppers in aluminum foil.
  3. Place on the grill for about 20 minutes or bake in the oven at 200 degrees.
