Ingredients
- 300 g minced meat, half and half
- 1 part / e salt, leveled
- 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, sweet or hot, to taste
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch cumin, ground
- 2 tablespoon parsley
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 12 potato (s), pretty much the same size

- Mix the minced meat with the ingredients and season again if necessary.
- With a ball cutter for melons, hollow out the potatoes and fill with the minced meat, press the filling well into the potatoes and the filling mass should finish with the potatoes.
- Now fry the potatoes all around in seasoning oil or neutral oil. Turn the stove on to a low flame and put the lid of the casserole or pan on and let the potatoes simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.
