Ingredients

  • 10 medium tomato (s)
  • 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 5 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 5 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon cognac
  • 1 small Can / s tuna, in its own juice
  • Pepper, (at will)
  • some paprika powder, (noble sweet)

Instructions

  1. Cut off the top of the tomatoes and hollow them out.
  2. Drain the tuna and place in a bowl and mix the hard-boiled, chopped eggs with the other ingredients. Season to taste with pepper and paprika and fill the tomatoes with it.
  3. The tomatoes also go well on a cold buffet.
  4. They are also delicious with French fries or rice.
