  • 400 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top-bottom heat.
  2. Brush the turkey schnitzel with the herb cream cheese. Dice the ham and place on the cream cheese. Now the turkey schnitzel is folded up and placed in a baking dish.
  3. Put the cream in a saucepan and bring to the boil, then stir in the paprika powder and tomato paste, reduce a little. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the meat. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
  4. Rice or noodles go well with this.
