Instructions

  1. Remove the giblets from the turkey (usually these are bagged in the turkey). Wash the turkey inside and out and dry it with paper towels. Brush the outside of the turkey with honey and season with salt.

Then set the oven again to 220 ° C for 15 minutes. The turkey will be juicy, tender and nice and crispy on the outside.
