Ingredients

  • 500 g QimiQ
  • 500 g applesauce
  • 160 g suar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 500 g whipped cream (cream)
  • 80 ladyfingers
  • 300 ml milk for soaking
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon to soak
  • cinnamon for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Beat the QimiQ until smooth. Add applesauce, sugar, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and mix everything together. Beat and fold in the cream.
  2. Wet the sponge fingers with a mixture of milk and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  3. Then alternately fill the sponge fingers with the apple cream in a bowl. Finish with apple cream. Chill for approx. 2 - 3 hours until eaten.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste before serving.
