Ingredients

  • 2 glasses mushrooms, mixed, 500g each
  • 5 small Jar mushrooms, (stick sponges)
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 can corn
  • 0.5 ½ head garlic, pressed
  • 3 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon pepper
  • 10 tablespoon vinegar, (brandy vinegar)

Instructions

  1. Drain the mushrooms in a large colander and rinse briefly with cold water. While the mushrooms are draining, chop the onions and place in a large bowl. Drain the corn and add to the bowl with the mushrooms. Add the spices and the pressed garlic and mix everything well. Let it sit overnight in a cool place (refrigerator). Season to taste again an hour before serving.
