Ingredients
- 2 glasses mushrooms, mixed, 500g each
- 5 small Jar mushrooms, (stick sponges)
- 2 large onions
- 1 can corn
- 0.5 ½ head garlic, pressed
- 3 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoon pepper
- 10 tablespoon vinegar, (brandy vinegar)

- Drain the mushrooms in a large colander and rinse briefly with cold water. While the mushrooms are draining, chop the onions and place in a large bowl. Drain the corn and add to the bowl with the mushrooms. Add the spices and the pressed garlic and mix everything well. Let it sit overnight in a cool place (refrigerator). Season to taste again an hour before serving.
