  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated, remove the zest it
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan, stir in half of the lemon zest. Add the pods, toss in the butter, simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and sugar. Finally, sprinkle with the remaining lemon zest.
