Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 150 g hazelnuts, rated
  • 140 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 240 g butter or mararine, cold, cut into pieces
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 5 drops flavor, (lemon)
  • Hail sugar, for rolling

For decoration:

  • some jam, (passed raspberry jam)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C top and bottom heat, line the baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve onto the work surface, quickly work with the remaining ingredients for the dough into a smooth dough. Let rest in a cool place for about half an hour.
  3. Shape the dough into rolls with a diameter of approx. 3 cm and roll in the sugar, cut off 5 mm wide pieces and place on the baking sheet - not too close, the biscuits usually run a little apart.
  4. Use the handle of a wooden spoon to make a small indentation in the middle and add some jam.
  5. Bake cookies for 10-15 minutes. First get it from the tray when it has cooled down a little, as the cookies are still very fragile when warm.
