Summer Apricot Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Apricots – 10 pcs.
  • Apples – 2-3 pcs.
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Natural drinking yogurt (or kefir) – 150 ml
  • Honey – 2-4 tbsp (to taste)
  • Ice – 10 large cubes

Directions

  1. Wash apricots, remove seeds, and damage. Wash, chop, and peel the apples.
  2. Peel and chop the banana. Puree fruit thoroughly with a blender.
  3. Add yogurt and honey. Beat thoroughly again. Grind ice separately.
  4. Add ice to an apricot smoothie, stir, and serve immediately.
