Ingredients

  • 250 g rocket
  • 0.75 ¾ melon (water)
  • 1 piece (s) cheese (feta, mozzarella, or Gouda)
  • Bacon
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry)
  • Sugar, or honey
  • Pine nuts, or walnuts
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the rocket and drain. Core the watermelon and cut out many small balls with a ball cutter. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
  2. Mix everything together in a large bowl. Tear the bacon into pieces and add.
  3. Mix the olive oil with the raspberry vinegar and then add a little sugar, pour this over the salad and mix well. Let it steep in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
  4. Roast the pine nuts briefly in a pan without oil and add them to the salad. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. A little bread with herb butter tastes good with it.
