Ingredients
- 250 g rocket
- 0.75 ¾ melon (water)
- 1 piece (s) cheese (feta, mozzarella, or Gouda)
- Bacon
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry)
- Sugar, or honey
- Pine nuts, or walnuts
- salt and pepper

- Wash the rocket and drain. Core the watermelon and cut out many small balls with a ball cutter. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
- Mix everything together in a large bowl. Tear the bacon into pieces and add.
- Mix the olive oil with the raspberry vinegar and then add a little sugar, pour this over the salad and mix well. Let it steep in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
- Roast the pine nuts briefly in a pan without oil and add them to the salad. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- A little bread with herb butter tastes good with it.
