Ingredients
- 2 handfuls garden cress, large
- 2 egg (s)
- 5 large radishes
- 0.5 ½ bunch chives
- parsley
- lovage
- 2 tablespoon Miracel Whip, light 4.9%
- 50 ml milk 1.5%
- 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 5 dashes Maggi
- 5 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- salt and pepper
- paprika powder, noble sweet

- Wash the garden cress and cut into pieces approx. 1 cm in size. The stems can also be eaten. Quarter the radishes and then cut into pieces approx. 1 mm wide. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
- Mix vinegar, mustard, Miracel Whip, salt, pepper, paprika powder and the chopped herbs to a homogeneous sauce and pour over the salad. Season to taste with liquid Maggi.
- The cress salad goes well with bread or baked and fried potatoes.
