- 500 g low-fat quark
- 250 g natural yohurt 1.5%
- 3 dashes sweetener, liquid diet sweetener
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 1 kg peach (s)

- If the peaches are still hard, let them sit for a few days, then peel them, remove the stone and cut into pieces.
- Put the low-fat quark and yogurt in a bowl. Add the cinnamon and a strong splash of diet sweetness and stir with the magic wand to a creamy mass.
