Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ pack pasta
- 3 mozzarella
- 8 cherry tomato (s)
- 1 handful rocket, leaves
- 15 tablespoon olive oil
- 10 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark vinegar
- 4 tablespoon pesto, green
- 3 tablespoon mustard
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon basil, dried or freshly chopped
- some pepper
- a bit salt
- some lemon juice

- Boil the pasta and let it cool down. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into medium-sized 1cm x 1cm pieces. You can of course cut both ingredients larger or smaller as you wish. Pluck the rocket into small pieces.
- Then mix the pasta with the tomatoes and mozzarella. Mix a marinade with the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the marinade over the pasta. Stir everything well again and let it steep for a few hours. Then mix in the rocket and serve.
