Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), yellow
- 200 g tomato (s)
- 100 g zucchini or cucumber
- 1 bunch radishes (approx. 80 - 00 g)
- 40 g sprin onion (s)
- 200 g iceber lettuce
- 0.5 ½ avocado (s)
- 50 ml vegetable stock, cold
- 100 g yourt, 1.5% fat
- possibly parsley
- salt and pepper
- Lemon juice

- Wash, chop and mix the first seven ingredients with the avocado dressing. For the dressing, puree the avocado along with the other ingredients.
- This is a light meal for the summer if you don`t want to eat something heavy. Really very, very tasty and made quickly.
