- 500 g potato noodles
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 1 carrot (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 small zucchini
- 50 g cream cheese, low-fat level
- 1 tablespoon herbs, (garden)
- salt and pepper

- Wash vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces. Fry the potato noodles in a non-fat frying pan until they get some color.
- Add spring onions, carrots and paprika and sauté over medium heat for about 4 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables as well as the cream cheese and herbs and cook for another 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
- Salad goes well with it.
