Ingredients

  • 80 g pasta
  • Salt water
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 apple
  • 0.5 can ½ corn, drained
  • 1 medium bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 2 tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • vinegar
  • oil (e.g. hazelnut oil)
  • salt and pepper
  • Fondor
  • thyme
  • dill
  • 1 pinch (s) chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream or sour cream
  • 3 dashes sweetener, liquid

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in salted water until they are firm to the bite, preferably cool them a little with cold water so that they do not stretch and set aside.
  2. Chop the onion into smaller pieces. The apple and pepper pieces can easily get a little bigger. The best thing to do is to give the apple pieces a few squirts of lemon so they don`t turn brown.
  3. Quarter, sixth or eighth of the pickled tomato slices as you like. Then everything comes together with the corn and the noodles in a bowl.
  4. The whole thing is now properly seasoned (please don`t overdo it with the chilli flakes!) And mixed together.
