Ingredients

  • 750 g quark, (can be low-fat quark )
  • 3 tablespoon oil, neutral
  • 2 ½ pack pudding powder, vanilla
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 2 cups sweet cream (00 g)
  • 2 cups sour cream (00 g)
  • 3 drops flavor, (baking oil lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon rum
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Put the remaining ingredients and the egg yolks in a bowl, stir, then fold in the stiffly beaten egg white.
  2. Fill the quark mass into a greased baking pan sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake in the preheated oven at approx. 180 degrees for 60-70 minutes without opening the oven door, let the cake cool in the oven.
  3. Remove from the mold only after it has completely cooled down.
