Ingredients
- 1 cake base, (sponge or shortcrust pastry)
- 1 point sour cream
- 1 large can (s) peach (or other fruit)
- 1 point cream
- Chocolate sprinkles

- Brush the cake base thickly with sour cream. Spread peaches or other fruit on top.
- Whip the cream until stiff, spread it over it and, if you like, sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top.
- Ready in no time if you have a quick visitor, provided you have a finished cake base in the house.
- I always buy a shortcrust pastry base from the baker, it lasts for up to 2 months.
