- 4 apples
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- water

- Put water, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon and sugar in a saucepan. Peel and core the apples, cut into pieces and add. Bring everything to a boil and cook the apples soft with the lid closed over medium heat.
- Puree finely or coarsely depending on your taste.
