  • 2 egg (s)
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g hazelnuts
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • Fat, for the sheet

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients except for the hazelnut kernels, egg yolks and water with the dough hook to form a smooth dough.
  2. Then fold in the kernels and form an oval loaf. Score the top crosswise. Whisk the egg yolks with water and brush the bread with it.
  3. Place on the greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 200 ° (preheated) on the middle rack for 60 - 70 minutes.
