Ingredients
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 1 can tomato (s), chunky or mashed
- 40 ml water
- 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard, medium hot
- salt and pepper
- Chilli flakes

- Heat the can of tuna in a saucepan and chop it up a little with a wooden spoon. Puree the tomatoes and add to the tuna with the water.
- Season with mustard, salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Bring it to the boil again, done. It tastes even better with onions.
- If you want to prepare it as a pasta sauce, leave out the water so that it stays thicker.
