Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ cube yeast
- 250 g flour
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 175 ml water, lukewarm

- Dissolve the yeast in 175 ml of lukewarm water, stir in half of the flour, knead in the rest. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
- Knead the oil and salt into the dough, cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Roll out on the baking sheet, the oil makes it super easy, and top it up as you like. Bake the dough on an electric oven at 225 degrees, fan-assisted 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- If necessary, you can take a little more from each one if the dough is too little or too thin. But precisely because of the very thin it tastes very tasty!
