  • 150 g dried fruits, unsulphurized (e.. apricots, Medjool dates, fis
  • 50 g oji berries
  • 400 g oat flakes, hearty
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 50 g walnuts, hazelnuts and / or Brazil nuts
  • 30 g almond (s)
  • 50 g cocoa nibs
  • 50 g flaxseed, whole
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ bourbon vanilla powder, black, without sugar

Instructions

  1. Chop the dried fruit finely and the nuts coarsely.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and place in a large mason jar or screw-top jar.
  3. The muesli lasts a very long time and tastes great with lots of fresh fruit and natural yoghurt or plant yoghurt. If you use vegetable yoghurt, you can also puree the yoghurt with ½ a banana, 1 handful of raspberries or other fruit. Then it tastes particularly delicious.
