Ingredients
- 5 tablespoon oil, e.g. olive oil
- 1 ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons mustard, hot
- 2 chilli pepper (s), red
- 2 cloves garlic
- Chili powder
- 2 teaspoons frozen basil or fresh or dried
- salt and pepper

- Mix the oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and mustard in a bowl.
- Finely chop or press the chilli peppers and garlic and add to the sauce. Add the basil and season with salt, pepper and chili powder.
- The sauce is suitable for all green salads, is simple and sophisticated. However, I prefer to eat them with rocket or lamb`s lettuce and then I add 2 handfuls of sunflower seeds or others, e.g. flax seeds, and grate fresh parmesan over them.
