Ingredients

  • 120 g chocolate, dark
  • 250 g butter
  • 185 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 300 grams flour
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 1 packet candy (s), (Toffifee)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate. Mix the fat, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Then add the cooled chocolate and mix well.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa and sift over the egg / chocolate mass and stir in with the creme fraiche.
  3. Grease a bundt pan well and flour. Pour in half of the dough and cover with the sweets to your liking. Put the rest of the batter on top.
  4. Place in the preheated oven (180 C top / bottom heat) and bake for about 50 minutes.
