Ingredients

  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary, rubbed
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper, black gem.
  • 3 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 4 tablespoon tomato (s), happened
  • 2 cl Metaxa 7 *
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 2 teaspoons pepper - grains, green
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

  1. Shape the minced meat, breadcrumbs and the spices or herbs into small minced meat rolls (Suzukakia) and fry them in the meanwhile hot olive oil for about 5 minutes. Take the rolls out of the pan and keep warm.
  2. Deglaze the meat stock with the Metaxa, let it steep for 2 minutes, stir in the vegetable stock and after another 3 minutes add the remaining ingredients. Briefly bring to the boil and the sauce is ready.
  3. To go with it: rice or baguette bread and Greek farmer`s salad.
