Ingredients

  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
  • 350 g tomato (s), passed
  • 100 g peas, frozen or canned
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 12 Maultaschen, Swabian
  • 150 g cheese, rated
  • Margarine, for the mold

Instructions

  1. Wash and dice tomatoes and sauté in a pan with hot oil. Peel and finely chop the clove of garlic and add. Wash the spring onions, cut into rings and also add. Let simmer for about 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes, peas and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange the dumplings in a greased casserole dish, spread the tomato sauce and cheese over the top. Baked in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Serve with a light salad of your choice.
